Coach House History
A beautifully refurbished one or two King sized bedroom Coach House, in Ledbury which forms part of The Old Rectory. Located just across the lane from All Saints Church. The original house dates back to 15th century with two 17th century wings added.
The Coach House has been refurbished to create a spacious open plan living area with an oak framed double glazed garden room and a bespoke kitchen with granite work tops. Some original features have been retained, in particular the cast iron spiral staircase, leading to an ensuite with “shower” King size bedroom. The second King size bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with free standing bath.
The Old Rectory is situated on a quiet lane in the picturesque village of Coddington, surrounded by glorious open countryside. There is a local vineyard (offering wine tasting and shop) within a short walk.
Coddington is located in south east Herefordshire, lying just below the Malvern Hills (5.5 km) and north of Ledbury. The community is centred around All Saints Parish Church with origins dating back to the 11th century.
